This Privacy Policy explains how learn.curry.io (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you visit the site, subscribe to our newsletter, or follow links to our coaching and partner offers. We keep data collection to a minimum and don’t sell your personal information.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the site and the newsletter:

• Newsletter signups. When you subscribe, we collect the email address you provide so we can send you the newsletter. This is handled by our email provider, Beehiiv.
• Usage analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage data — such as page views, referring sites, and general device/browser and country information. It does not use advertising cookies, does not track you across other websites, and is not used to identify you personally.
• Your cookie choice. We store a single functional entry in your browser’s local storage (cl-consent) to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. This is not used for tracking.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the site is not directed to children under 16.

Cookies & similar technologies

learn.curry.io does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics is off by default and only runs after you choose “Accept” in the banner. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. If you decline, no analytics is loaded; the only thing we store is your preference itself.

How we use your information

• To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it (only if you consent to analytics).
• To respond to you if you contact us.

Service providers & third parties

We rely on a few trusted services to operate the site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management (privacy policy).
• Vercel — website hosting and, with your consent, analytics (privacy policy).
• SamCart — when you click a “Book a call” coaching link, you leave our site and check out on SamCart, whose policy then applies (privacy policy).
• PivotFromTech.com — our partner site, linked from learn.curry.io; their policy applies once you visit them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is aggregated and retained by Vercel according to their policy; it is not tied to your identity.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Your rights & choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
• Manage analytics via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
